Launch of "facility/area limited points" in the minapita point service
In November 2023, we revamped our in-house point service, "minapita Points," and launched a points campaign that takes advantage of the characteristics of our lines, including "Namba." Most recently, we revamped the "Nankai App" (adding a minapita membership card function) and, together with the "Namba Marutto App," are focusing on expanding customer touchpoints. We also analyzed minapita member usage data and promoted 1-to-1 marketing using MA tools. This has strengthened our efforts to improve customer satisfaction by delivering appropriate information to each member.
*Minapita points are a points service that can be accumulated and used by using facilities and railways along Nankai Group lines.

New measures using digital tickets
As a new initiative using digital tickets, commercial facilities and local governments are covering the fares of visitors, thereby reducing travel costs and encouraging an increase in consumption and visitors. This fiscal year, AEON MALL Sakai Teppocho and AEON MALL Wakayama implemented a campaign offering digital tickets to customers who made purchases above a certain amount. Going forward, we aim to expand the number of participating commercial facilities, local governments, and transportation businesses, leading to the creation of multifaceted social value, such as revitalizing local areas and promoting the use of public transportation.

Visitor attraction measures in conjunction with the Osaka-Kansai Expo
With the Osaka-Kansai Expo in 2025 as an opportunity, we are working to promote the use of our railways and commercial facilities and attract visitors to tourist destinations along our lines. For example, we are rolling out the "NANKAI 1DAY PASS," a digital ticket that allows unlimited rides on all Nankai lines for one day, for customers visiting the Osaka-Kansai Expo. We also promoted the appeal of areas along our railway lines both domestically and internationally by holding an NFT stamp rally around Namba, Senshu, and Kada, and by exhibiting at a booth at the Expo site.

"NANKAI Wellness Tourism" was launched with the aim of capturing inbound demand and promoting tourism to regional areas. This plan is a trip aimed at caring for the body and refreshing the mind, incorporating high-end elements that utilize local resources, such as a medical checkup (TIMC OSAKA) that combines the latest technology and hospitality, playing golf at Osaka Golf Club, and an experience of "healing, food, and knowledge" at VISON.

Specific Initiatives:
Collaborating with startups to build a gourmet ticket website for foreign tourists visiting Japan
In collaboration with a startup company, we have launched a gourmet ticket website for foreign tourists visiting Japan, which requires advance purchase. The dedicated multilingual website makes it easy to search for restaurants, and when you are there, you can simply show the QR code on the pre-purchased gourmet ticket to easily place an order. This service helps foreign tourists visiting Japan overcome the language barrier that often makes it difficult to find restaurants, and it also helps restaurants effectively attract customers and resolve language support issues.

Foreigner Coexistence Project
A multicultural coexistence event was held in Kongo area with the aim of creating a town where everyone can live comfortably by creating contact points between Japanese people and foreign residents and promoting mutual understanding. As the number of residents from Nepal in the Kongo area is increasing, the first event was a social gathering where participants could learn about Nepalese culture and enjoy Nepalese cuisine. It was an opportunity for participants to deepen their mutual understanding. We will continue to hold regular events in the future to promote multicultural coexistence in the local community.

In fiscal 2024, we held a half-day tour event in the Semboku area Sakai City, and promoted the area's attractions through online broadcasts in collaboration with creators.
