Nankai App renewal

To make our customers' daily commutes and outings more convenient and comfortable, and to further expand the enjoyment they can have along our railway lines, we have revamped the "Nankai App."
The first phase enhanced the minapita membership card function and the dissemination of information about areas along the railway line. The second phase revamped the top screen and introduced a NANKAI Group common ID (minapita ID) and coupon function. As a result, multiple services can now be used with a single ID, improving convenience.
Going forward, we will position Nankai App as a core digital customer touchpoint connecting the group and our customers. Through deepening our understanding of our customers, we aim to provide value tailored to each individual and expand the use of group services.

Nankai App Launched the “GRAN Tenku” Giveaway Campaign Utilizing These Initiatives

Nankai App As part of our efforts to deliver a “sense of anticipation for a special journey” to our customers, we launched the “GRAN Tenku” giveaway campaign. Customers entered through the event page within the app, and winners were able to enjoy the beautiful views from the Koya Flower Railway, along with a meal and free drinks, while seated in a “GRAN Tenku” Grand Seat.
Through this campaign, we created opportunities for customers to discover a slightly special rail experience beyond their everyday outings and provided a chance for them to explore the charms of the railway line starting from Nankai App.
Moving forward, we will continue to deliver personalized experiences tailored to each customer, aiming to provide an even richer customer experience.

Development of the minapita point service in conjunction with sports events

Aiming to make life and outings along the railway line more enjoyable, we are promoting the use of the minapita point service through collaborations with sports teams. At the "Nankai Collaboration Day 2026" with Nippon Steel Sakai Blazers, we held a minapita point lottery using Nankai App at the home game venue.
By allowing people to experience the excitement of watching a match and interact with minapita points, we are creating opportunities that will lead to shopping and outings along the railway line after the match.
We will continue to connect the excitement generated by sports with services along the railway line, working to create lasting connections with the areas along the line and revitalize local communities.

Providing tourist information about the areas along the railway line at the Osaka-Kansai Expo

In August 2025, we set up a tourism booth at the Festival Station within the Expo site, with the aim of disseminating tourism information about the areas along the railway line. At the booth, we provided information through the screening of promotional videos, promotional brochures about the areas along the line, and model courses for Nanki. In addition, we held a social media follow and survey response campaign and set up original stamps, which attracted many visitors.

" Japal" - Overseas IT/CAD talent recruitment and retention support service.

We operate "Japal," a talent recruitment and retention support service that introduces Nepalese IT/CAD professionals to Japanese companies.
At Japal, we focus not only on introducing talent but also on supporting their retention, ensuring a smooth experience even for those hiring overseas personnel for the first time. We provide support such as Japanese language education before and after arrival in Japan, and assistance with necessary procedures for employment and daily life after arrival, with Japal accompanying them every step of the way. Through these efforts, we aim to support talent so that they can thrive in Japan in the long term, and to contribute to the sustainable growth of Japanese companies by solving their HR challenges.

Foreigner Coexistence Project

With the aim of creating a diverse and inclusive town where everyone can live comfortably, based on mutual understanding and respect among people from all walks of life, we have been holding multicultural coexistence events every month in Kongo area since May 2025.
Specifically, given the increasing number of Nepalese residents in this area, we hold events where people can experience Nepalese culture through cooking, dance, and traditional ceremonies. Furthermore, with the hope of fostering connections among peers along the railway line and encouraging them to continue living in the area after graduation, we have organized joint excursions and lunch gatherings for international students from Japanese language schools and university students along areas along our railway lines.
We will continue our efforts to create a community-based town where everyone can live comfortably, through regular events held in the future.

With the aim of increasing the resident population along the railway line, the "areas along our railway lines Regional Discovery Creators Division" and local governments along the line are collaborating to implement "Town Open Day" an initiative that helps young people and families with children who are considering moving or relocating to imagine what it would be like to live along areas along our railway lines.
In fiscal year 2025, in addition to holding tour events in Kawachinagano-shi and the Senboku area Sakai-shi, we also promoted the area's appeal through online broadcasts in collaboration with creators. Moving forward, we aim to increase the number of people who want to live or continue living along the railway line through "Town Open Day" events.
