Parks Garden, the rooftop park at Namba Parks, a commercial facility operated by our company, has been certified as a "SEGES (Social and Environmental Green Space Evaluation System): Urban Oasis" for 2014 by the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation, Urban Green Infrastructure.

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, in collaboration with the Japan Health Council, certifies companies that implement excellent health management measures. NANKAI Co., Ltd. was certified as a "Excellent Health Management Corporation 2025 (Large Corporation Category)," Nankai Fudosan Co., Ltd., Nankai Vehicles Service Engineering Co., Ltd., Nankai Management Service Co., Ltd., Nankai System Solutions Corporation, Nankai Grief Support Co., Ltd., Suminoe Enterprise Co., Ltd., Nankai Express Co., Ltd. were certified as "Excellent Health Management Corporation 2025 (Small and Medium Sized Corporation Category)".

In March 2023, our company's esports initiatives were recognized with the FOST Social Contribution Award, sponsored by the Foundation for the Fusion of Science and Technology. The FOST Award recognizes outstanding simulation and gaming researchers and organizations, and our company was recognized as an organization that has made outstanding achievements in terms of contributing to society, both in academia and business.

Osaka Prefecture presents the Osaka Climate Change Award to recognize businesses that have undertaken particularly outstanding initiatives that serve as models for others in the areas of climate change countermeasures or heat island mitigation. In March 2022, our company received the Excellence Award in the Mitigation category for its efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

On May 1, 2021, the Gokurakubashi Forest Improvement Project Executive Committee, in which we participate, received a letter of appreciation from the Director General of the Forestry Agency for its "Meritorious Service in Promoting National Forest Development". This certificate of appreciation was given in recognition of the Forest Improvement Project, which has been continuously engaged in forest development with the participation of citizens since 2009, with the aim of creating a natural landscape suitable for the entrance to the World Heritage Site Koyasan, which is called "Gokuraku no Mori" (Paradise Forest) in the area surrounding Gokurakubashi (state-owned forest), and to improve the health and growth of the forest, and for its distinguished services in promoting national forest development in the national forest areas, as defined by the Forestry Agency. The Forestry Agency has recognized the project as having made a significant contribution to the promotion of national forest development in national forests.

In February 2023, the "NANKAI Group Integrated Report 2022" was selected as the "Most Improved Integrated Report" by the investment management institution entrusted with domestic stock management by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF).

We received the Excellence Award at the Environmental Communication Awards (2016-2018), sponsored by the Ministry of the Environment and the Global Environmental Forum, a general incorporated association, which recognizes outstanding environmental reports aimed at multiple stakeholders in any medium, including CSR reports, integrated reports, and environmental management reports.

In September 2018, we received the Kinki District Transport Bureau's Transportation-Related Environmental Conservation Business Award. We were recognized for our efforts to establish and achieve the "Nankai Environmental Vision 2030," which is the first in the railway industry to set a target in line with the Paris Agreement of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 26% by fiscal 2030 (compared to fiscal 2013 levels).

Since 2010, we have been carrying out road construction work every year to maintain Koyasan Choishimichi and Kumano Kodo trails, which are registered as World Heritage sites. We received letters of appreciation from the Wakayama Prefecture World Heritage Council in March 2015 and April 2018.

Parks Garden, the rooftop park at Namba Parks, a commercial facility operated by our company, has been awarded the 2016 Architectural Institute of Japan Award (Achievement) by the Architectural Institute of Japan. The park was recognized for its ongoing efforts to create a sustainable environment in harmony with nature and bring vitality to the city center, while developing a large-scale green space consisting of a variety of layered rooftop gardens on terraced land and organically linking it with the commercial facility.

In February 2016, the vehicle received the Minister of the Environment Award at the 7th EST Transportation Environment Awards, sponsored by the EST Promotion Committee and the Foundation for Promoting Personal Mobility and Ecological Transportation.
