Based at "e-stadium Namba Main Store," we operate "eLittle Star," a junior esports team for elementary and junior high school students. In addition to improving competitive skills, we foster communication skills, teamwork, and initiative through team activities, supporting the challenges and growth of each child.
In May 2026, the program was certified as eligible for Osaka-shi "Subsidy Program for Extracurricular Activities and Tutoring," and efforts are being made to create an environment where eligible children can take advantage of the system to participate in activities.
Going forward, we will continue to leverage the potential of esports to create opportunities for children to learn and grow through diverse experiences.

Promoting social participation and interaction among the elderly through esports

eStadium Saga is working in collaboration with local governments and businesses to promote elderly welfare and community interaction through the use of esports. In March 2026, they held the "TAKEO Silver Game Festa" in Takeo City, Saga Prefecture. This event, in which each town competed against each other, provided an opportunity to showcase the results of their daily practice and fostered new interactions among participants. Through these efforts, they are working to create opportunities to nurture social participation and connections with the community for the elderly.

Health-Smart Semboku

In response to the challenges of an aging population, Semboku New Town is developing the "Health-Smart Semboku" healthcare app as part of the SENBOKU Smart City Consortium's initiatives. This app supports seniors in establishing exercise habits and managing their health, encouraging behavioral change to support a healthy lifestyle. Through smartphones, it provides various functions and information tailored to individual health concerns, allowing users to enjoy improving their health through daily activities such as measuring, walking, and participating. Furthermore, points accumulated through daily walking and other activities can be exchanged for digital tickets for Senboku Line or used at Izumigaoka HIROBA Shops & Restaurants and other locations.

"North Osaka Truck Terminal Building 7" opens to the public.

In April 2026, we opened "Kita-Osaka Truck Terminal Building 7 (hereinafter referred to as Building 7)," one of the largest multi-tenant logistics facilities in the Kansai region, within the Kita-Osaka Distribution Center (Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture).
Building 7 is a six-story building with a total floor area of approximately 183,000 square meters. The first floor houses a truck terminal (loading and unloading facilities), and the second to sixth floors are distribution centers. It is equipped with rampways that provide direct access to all floors.
This logistics facility is the first to adopt a mid-story seismic isolation structure (seismic isolation structure on the second floor or higher), and is equipped with emergency power generation equipment that can supply power for a certain period of time even during a blackout, giving it excellent disaster response capabilities. In addition, it is environmentally conscious, promoting the use of renewable energy by installing solar power generation equipment on the roof.
Going forward, we will continue to develop more advanced logistics facilities, provide facilities that contribute to improving logistics efficiency, and support the logistics infrastructure.
