Furthermore, by enhancing the business environment, we will create a better environment for visitors and workers. We will also expand these efforts to key areas along the line, promoting the creation of attractive towns.

The birth of Namba Hiroba: A people-centered space that will change the face of Osaka

On November 23, 2023, following a social experiment in operations and management, the “Namba Hiroba”—a project in which the government and the private sector collaborated to transform the taxi stand on the north side of Namba Station (Nankai) into a pedestrian space—was launched.Currently, with the aim of ensuring the sustainable operation and management of the plaza, the “Namba Hiroba Management Corporation Preparatory Committee”—comprising five organizations: our company, the Ebisubashi-suji Shopping Street Promotion Association, Nansan Street the Shopping Association, Takashimaya Co., Ltd., and Marui Co., Ltd.—has entered into an agreement with Osaka-shi and is conducting a social experiment.
Furthermore, in fiscal year 2025, as a member of the Preparatory Committee, we organized 40 events with the aim of increasing the length of stay for visitors and stimulating consumer activity. Going forward, to verify the effectiveness of these efforts, we will proceed with initiatives to quantitatively assess the level of activity in the area using a visitor count estimation model. At the same time, we will continuously utilize this data to evaluate our initiatives and determine what kind of vibrancy we should create, with the goal of enhancing the value of the entire Namba area.

Promoting two-way travel between Shinʼimamiya Imamiya/Shinsekai area and the area around Namba Station

In December 2024, Tsutenkaku Tower Co., Ltd. joined our group, and in fiscal year 2025, we celebrated the first anniversary of its participation in the group. To commemorate this, and to promote two-way tourism between Shinʼimamiya Imamiya/Shinsekai area and the area around Namba Station, we established the sub-station name "maido_tsutenkaku_tower" for Shinʼimamiya Station and decorated the station premises. We also launched initiatives such as selling advance-purchase passenger ticket that combine train tickets and admission to Tsutenkaku Tower observation deck, and a digital stamp rally.
Going forward, we will work to increase the number of visitors and create a more vibrant atmosphere throughout the area by improving the flow of people and extending their length of stay.

Expansion of urban functions, including offices and shopping mall facilities

Specific initiatives include the opening of "PARKS PATIO," a lounge and meeting room exclusively for employees.

Specific initiatives
Opening of "PARKS PATIO," an employee-only lounge and meeting room.

In April 2026, we renovated the rental conference room area on the 7th floor of PARKS Tower and opened "PARKS PATIO," an employee-only lounge and conference room space. The approximately 678 square meter space features a refreshing lounge and conference rooms, along with sound and artwork created in collaboration with artists, creating a space where you can feel close to nature in the heart of the city.
Furthermore, in creating the space, we valued a collaborative process with the tenants, such as reflecting the voices of office workers and deciding on the lounge design through voting.
Going forward, we will continue to contribute to further enhancing the appeal of the Namba area by developing office environments that are chosen by working people.

Regional revitalization in areas along areas along our railway lines

Specific initiatives:Creating a town where raising children is fun

Specific Initiatives
Creating a city where raising children is fun

We collaborate with local governments and companies along our railway line that share our philosophy of "creating diverse opportunities to nurture children's curiosity and working together to create a town where raising children is enjoyable." In fiscal year 2026, we held approximately 40 experiential events in various locations along the railway line. During this period, in addition to events hosted by Nankai and the NANKAI Group, we offered a variety of programs that allowed people to enjoy the industries and sports along the railway line. Moving forward, we aim to create a town where raising children is enjoyable through events and information dissemination.
