1. Railway Business
For railway operations and the provision of incidental services to customers, the Company will collect Personal Information directly or through outsourcing providers, etc. when receiving various applications and inquiries, receiving and delivering lost articles and receiving applications for the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service and on other occasions. The Company will use Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide transportation services such as railway operations and other services incidental thereto
To issue commuter passes, group tour tickets and other tickets and to provide the services incidental thereto (refund and re-issuance of commuter passes, etc.)
To manage, receive and deliver the articles lost in railway facilities and to contact the relevant persons
To perform railway facility construction work
To ensure safe railway operations and security
To provide services related to the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service such as the sale of limited express tickets
To reflect customers’ opinions and requests in the modification and improvement of products and services, etc.
To notify winners of a prize competition, a contest for works submitted by the general public, a campaign or the like, and to provide prizes and rewards and to respond to matters related to the planning and operation of events
To perform the Company’s obligations and to exercise its rights
To perform contracts and provide information and services related to transactions, such as the leasing of commercial spaces within station premises
To provide information on services and products and to conduct public relations, investigations and data accumulation, research and development, marketing activities, data analysis and statistical processing in connection with the aforementioned businesses
To implement other operations incidental to (1) through (11) above
2. Personal information related to business partners
To respond to, confirm and keep records of inquiries, consultations, applications, etc. from business partners
To manage business partner information
To conduct business, commercial negotiations, etc. and to contact the relevant persons in association therewith
To exercise rights and to perform obligations under agreements with business partners or under laws, etc.
To provide services, etc. as requested by business partners, to distribute e-mail magazines, etc., to provide information on seminars and events and to dispatch products
