What cards can I use?

Any cards with the touch payment symbol (credit, debit, or prepaid) can be used. If you do not have a compatible card, please contact your card issuer.

Do I need to register in advance?

No prior registration is required. Simply hold your card near the reader to enter and exit.

What should I do if I enter with a touch payment card but need to exit at a station where touch payment is not available?

You will not be able to exit. Please check the list of supported stations before using the service.

Can I make purchases using touch payment while traveling with a touch payment card?

Yes, you can use touch payment for shopping or online purchases while traveling.

Can I check my usage history for trips made with a touch payment card?

You can view your usage history on the "My Page" section of the Q-move site provided by QUADRAC Co., Ltd. (https://q-move.info/). Registration is required to use the service.

Can multiple people use a single touch payment card for boarding?

No, the card can only be used by the registered cardholder.

When is the fare charged?

The fare for trips is aggregated and settled the day after usage. The withdrawal date depends on your card type: for debit and prepaid cards, it is generally the next day. For credit cards, the travel date is treated as the usage date, and deductions are made on the payment date specified by your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for more details.
Fares will be charged as a single statement for all trips made on the same day.

Note: Depending on the international brand, there may be differences in issued cards.

Can children use touch payment?

Children can use the service if the card is registered in their name. However, fares are always charged at adult rates, even for children.

Note: Some international brands may not issue cards for children.

Do I need to load money onto the card to use touch payment?

For credit and debit cards, charging is not required. However, there must be sufficient funds in prepaid cards.

Note: Depending on the international brand, there may be differences in issued cards.

Can I use an iPhone or Android smartphone?

Yes. For iPhones, register your card with Apple Pay. For Android smartphones, register your card with Google Pay.

Can I enter at a station where touch payment is not available?

Touch payment cannot be used at stations that do not support the service. Please check the list of supported stations.

Can I enter with touch payment and exit at a station where the service is not available?

You cannot exit without touching a dedicated gate to confirm your fare. If you accidentally enter, please contact the station staff.

What if I want to use touch payment with a smartphone or wearable device instead of a card?

For smartphones: Register your card with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
For wearables: Register your card with Garmin Pay or Fitbit Pay.

Nankai Digital Ticket

How do I purchase a Nankai Digital Ticket?

You can purchase it from this page or by installing the Nankai App and accessing the "Nankai Digital Ticket" option from the app's menu bar. Digital tickets are not available at station counters.

Can multiple people use a purchased Nankai Digital Ticket?

No, it is not possible for multiple people to use the same ticket. Each purchased Nankai Digital Ticket can only be used by one adult on a single mobile device.

The QR code is not displaying.

QR codes are only displayed during the valid usage period.

My ticket has expired.

Expired Nankai Digital Tickets can no longer be used.

My device is broken, out of charge, or unable to display the ticket. Can I get a reissue or change the usage date?

Reissues or changes to the usage date are not possible.
