Information of surrounding facilities

In April 1993, along with the elevation between Haginochaya and Tamade, Kishinosato Station and Tamade Station were relocated and integrated, and the station name was changed to "Kishisato Tamade". By the way, Kishinosato Station opened in July 1913, and Tamade Station opened in October 1907. About 600 meters southwest of the station is the Ikune Shrine, the Daigaku (a yamakasa with 79 lanterns attached to a pillar about 20 meters high) is held during the summer festival on July 24th and 25th. It has been designated as a tangible cultural property of the prefecture as a folk material.
