The Rail Pass cannot be used at the ticket gates connecting to
Meitetsu lines at Kintetsu Nagoya Station and transfer gates to
Kintetsu lines at Meitetsu Nagoya Station.
At Meitetsu Nagoya Station,

use the central or west ticket gates.
●The Rail Pass cannot be reissued if the voucher or email is lost.
●Once the Rail Pass has been used, no refund will be granted even if service is suspended by some railway companies.
●The Rail Pass is only valid for a period
of 2 or 3 consecutive days starting from the day of initial use.
●Please check the Meitetsu (Nagoya Railroad) website for information on the ticket gates where the Rail Pass can be used on Meitetsu lines.
●The Rail Pass cannot be used at the ticket gates connecting to Meitetsu lines at Kintetsu Nagoya Station and transfer gates to Kintetsu lines at Meitetsu
Nagoya Station.
●At Meitetsu Nagoya Station, please use the central or west ticket gates.
●At Tsuruhashi Station, please use
either the west or east ticket gates. *Transfer gates to JR lines cannot be used.
●When train service on the Meitetsu Lines is unavailable due to an event such as a natural disaster or accident, the Rail Pass can be used for alternative transportation.
The following measures will apply in other cases.
(1) When a ticket holder discontinues their travel, they may return to the departure station without having to pay the fare.
(2) When a ticket holder gets off a train at an intermediate station, the ordinary passenger fare will be collected for passage between the departure station and intermediate station where travel was discontinued.
(3) When the abovementioned (1) or (2) have been carried out, the applicable ticket Rail Pass will be considered unused, and the ticket holder may request a refund using the contact information provided in the reservation confirmation email. However, refunds
will not be granted once the Rail Pass has been used 1 or more times after commencing travel.

●Each Rail Pass is valid for 1 person. (Child ticket options are not available.)
●Use of the Rail Pass requires a smartphone equipped with a camera that can connect to the internet. *Cannot be used with a feature phone (flip phone).
●Screenshots, printouts of the Rail Pass screen, etc. are not valid.
●The Rail Pass remains valid until the last train on the day of use.
●If you wish to use reserved seat trains or trains that require a limited express ticket or a reserved seat ticket, you must pay an additional fee.
●Handling of the transit facility is in accordance with the contract of carriage, etc. of the transit facility which the ticket holder utilizes.
●Refund requests must be carried out by ticket holders on the website where they purchased the tickets before any of the tickets have been used and prior to the validity period ending.
A 520-yen handling fee will be charged for refunds.
●The Rail Pass cannot be utilized when the ticket screen cannot be displayed
due to reasons such as the device (smartphone) breaking or running out of battery charge, or poor mobile communications service during use. In such cases, the required fare must be paid. In addition, no refunds will be given for any separate fees paid while the
ticket screen is unable to be displayed.
●We take no responsibility whatsoever for any trouble associated with any
3-3-SUN Digital Free Pass purchased through unauthorized sale (including auction and resale).
●Please be advised that the Rail Pass
will not be reissued in the event of the loss of a smartphone, etc.
