Information of surrounding facilities
Tannowa Station, which opened as a simple station in August 1906, became a permanent station in 1910. During construction in 2006, the traditional red roof was replaced with a chic black roof. Along the coast, there are marine training facilities such as the Osaka Prefectural Youth Marine Center and the permanent beach volleyball stadium Shiosai Bevolley. In addition, "Tokimeki Beach (Tannowa Beach)" is crowded with many beachgoers after the beach opens.
