Information Center Namba

Information Center NambaA tourist information center is located on the first floor of Nankai Namba Station. English-speaking staff are always on duty and they can provide information on sightseeing, accommodation and regional transportation.
Visitors can also get information in Korean, Chinese, sign language, etc., through a videophone system.
What's more, the adjacent Nankai Travel Salon counter can make hotel arrangements and ticket reservations.

English-speaking information staffsEnglish-speaking information staffs are available. There is also a TV-phone system for customers who wish to converse in Chinese, Korean or sign-language. There are also Sound Hubs for those who are hard of hearing. These services are offered at no additional cost for the peace of mind of customers.

A tourist information pamphletsWe provide tourist information pamphlets not only for Osaka Minami, but also for areas around Osaka such as one of Japan’s most famous shrines, Sumiyoshitaisha, and the world heritage Koyasan. Information staff can provide detailed information about transport and purchasing of tickets.

Information Center NambaWe can help you reserve last-minute accommodations and tickets for Highway buses and trains.
We also offer a short tour of Namba and Dotombori area (Japanese only/must be reserved.) Please feel free to enquire. For overseas visitors, we can help arrange English-speaking tours of the Kansai area such Osaka, Kyoto and Nara.
